Transcript Requests
Transcript holds on your account (placed by Bursar, Financial Aid, etc.) may prevent the processing of your official transcript request. Please ensure that no transcript holds exist before you request an official transcript.
Requests for official transcripts made via telephone, email, or fax are not accepted.
Current and former NOC students may obtain official transcripts in person by visiting the Office of the Registrar on one of the three campus locations with a valid photo ID, or by mailing a transcript request form and copy of a photo ID to the Registrar’s Office in Tonkawa. Official transcripts can also be ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Summer hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Fridays. Transcripts will not be processed while the offices are closed.
