Admission Guidelines – Students may be admitted to Northern Oklahoma College at the beginning of any semester. Any individual who (1) is a graduate of an accredited high school or whose high school class has graduated or has received a GED certificate and (2) has participated in the American College Testing (ACT) program or a similar acceptable battery of tests is eligible for admission to Northern Oklahoma College.
