Veterans Administration regulations require that NOC certify all courses used in determining the veteran’s status are applicable to the degree the veteran is pursuing.

Before certifying to the VA that you are enrolled, it will be necessary for you to file this form with our office. If you have any questions, please call our office at (580) 628.6227.

AN ADVISORY FORM MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH SEMESTER YOU ARE ENROLLED.
This form must be submitted to the Veterans Coordinator in Tonkawa in order to avoid delays in VA certification that would have a direct effect on your VA check.
