Welcome to NOC’s Career & Transfer Services! Students at Northern Oklahoma College primarily pursue an associate’s degree for one of two purposes: (1) Transfer to a four-year university and earn a bachelor’s degree, or (2) Enter the workforce after earning an associate’s degree.
