Ag Interscholastic Contest Information

Dear Agricultural Educators,

The 2025 Northern Oklahoma College Agriculture Interscholastic Meet will be held Wednesday, January 29. This year’s contest will offer competition in the divisions of

  • Ag Communications
  • Ag Mechanics
  • Agronomy
  • Milk Quality Products
  • Entomology
  • Horticulture Landscape/Nursery
  • Farm Business Management
  • Food Science & Technology
  • Meat Science Evaluation
  • Veterinary Science

Contestants may only compete in one contest division.

Note: Contests will be limited to 2 teams and 2 individuals per contest division. A team may consist of 3 or 4 members with the top 3 scores used in team tabulation. Exceptions include:

  1. Ag Mechanics: There will be a limit of one Junior (9 and 10 grade) and one Senior (11 and 12 grade) team (no individuals) per school for the Ag Mechanics contest. Contestants need to bring their own safety glasses, welding helmets, welding gloves, a pair of pliers and appropriate clothing and footwear. A team may consist of 3 of 4 members with the top 3 scores used in team tabulation.
  2. Food Science & Technology: Can enter 2 teams, however each team must have 4 members with ALL SCORES counting in tabulation. Can enter 2 individuals as well.

Judging Card will be receiving entries and collecting fees for our contest. Entries will open on JANUARY 8 at 8:00 am and close on JANUARY 22 at 11:59 pm. Late entries will be accepted from January 22 at 12:00 am to January 24 at 11:59 pm. THERE WILL BE NO DAY OF ENTRIES!

The ENTRY FEE for all contests is $25 per team and $10 per individual. LATE ENTRY FEES will be $35 per team and $15 per individual.

Due to the number of entries, contestants will be assigned specific testing times. Contest times and testing locations will be disseminated the day of the contest. Contestants need to bring AT LEAST two No. 2 pencils to their testing site. Scantrons and all other materials will be supplied at the testing site.

The following is a tentative schedule of the day’s events:

  • 8:00 am – Contestants gather in Foster Piper Fieldhouse
  • 8:45 am – Welcome and Instructions
  • 9:00 am – Begin all Contests

Contest results will be available at judgingcard.com by Feb. 5, 2025. The top 3 teams and top 3 individuals in each contest division will receive awards. There will be separate awards for the Single Teacher and Multi-Teacher Sweepstakes. All awards will be delivered at area contests or mailed.
