NOC Printing Services earns state awards

Northern Oklahoma College Printing Services earned three awards at the Oklahoma Collegiate Public Relations Association’s annual awards contest and conference, held recently in Quapaw, Oklahoma.

NOC Printing Services Director, Dina Kleinmann, earned two awards including Grand Prize Award for her T-Shirt Design for Arts Adventure and an Achievement Award for Logo Design. The concept/idea for the Arts Adventure design was made by NOC Art Instructor, Audrey Schmitz with Mrs. Kleinmann then created the idea digitally.

Graphic Design Specialist, Paige Larson, received an Achievement Award in Poster Design for her Culture/Fine Arts Poster.

“Congratulations to Dina Kleinmann, Paige Larson and the entire NOC Printing Services team,” said Sheri Snyder, Vice President for Development and Community Relations. “We are truly blessed with some amazing and talented employees. It is nice to receive external validation on the high quality of work they continue to produce.”

The OCPRA awards competition recognizes the best in professional communicators from educational institutions, both public and private, throughout the state of Oklahoma.

Northern Oklahoma College, the state’s first public two-year community college, is a multi-campus, land-grant institution that provides high quality, accessible, and affordable educational opportunities and services.

NOC serves nearly 4,000 students through the home campus in Tonkawa, branch in Enid, and NOC/OSU Gateway Program in Stillwater.  Of these students about 80% receive financial aid and/or scholarships. 75% of NOC students complete their degree with zero debt.
