Northern Oklahoma College Enid and the Enid Entrepreneur Leadership Series are sponsoring a free Entrepreneurial Leadership Seminar Friday, April 22.
The seminar will be held at the Gantz Student Center-Montgomery Hall on the NOC Enid campus from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
The seminar is open to everyone who is interested in team development. A fun and memorable evening designed to help remove the mystique of team creation and effectiveness.
NOC Business Instructor and seminar organizer Todd Ging said, “Participants will experience different team development models, practical application of leadership styles, and the effectiveness of different authority types. We will view movie scenes to identify and determine the effectiveness of the characters. The desired outcome is to better understand some predictable team interactions and stages to become more effective team members and leaders.”
The seminar is free, dinner and snacks will be provided.
For additional information, contact Todd Ging at 580.548.2390 or todd,ging@noc.edu .
Attendees are asked to RSVP by April 19.
