The Northern Oklahoma College Livestock Judging Team had an excellent fall semester according to NOC Judging Coach Jennifer Bedwell.
“This group of students that I have for this year are some of the most talented kids I have had the privilege of coaching,” Bedwell said. “With nearly 10 students already committed to the fall 2022 team, I am extremely excited to see what next fall has in store for our livestock judging program.”
“We have students from all over the country including, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia and Missouri,” she added.
The following are team and individual highlights for Fall 2021:
September
The judging team was named 3rd High Team at Aksarben in Grand Island, Nebraska.
The Freshmen judging team was the High Team overall at the Flint Hills Mid-American Classic in Hutchinson, Kansas.
October
The NOC Freshman Judging Team was named Reserve Overall Freshman Team at State Fair of Texas in Dallas.
The NOC Freshmen team was named High Team Overall and 4th High Team Overall at Tulsa State Fair in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Chancee Clark, NOC Livestock Judging Freshman won the Division 6 Polled Hereford Female at the American Royal in Kansas City, Missouri.
Brylee Williams, NOC Livestock Judging Team Freshman wins Supreme Guilt Overall at the American Royal in Kansas City, Missouri.
Drake Williams was named National Winner in the Ag Sales Entrepreneurship Proficiency at the National FFA Convention.
The NOC Livestock Judging Team named 10th High Team Overall at the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville, Kentucky.
