Jill Green, currently serving as NOC Director of Alumni and Community Relations, has been named Director of Development and Donor Relations replacing Mrs. Kirby Tickel-Hill. She will assume her new duties beginning August 9.
Green will be located in the Vineyard Library Administration Building on the Tonkawa campus and will report directly to the Vice President for Development and Community Relations. As development and donor relations director, she will serve on the development team, have direct responsibility for planning and executing a comprehensive annual giving program, creating and maintaining relationships, and cultivate donors. In addition, she will play a key role in most development activities. While a full-time NOC employee, this position is funded through the Northern Oklahoma College Foundation, Inc. and will serve as a member of the NOC Foundation Board of Trustees.
Sheri Snyder, Vice President for Development and Community Relations said, “Over these past five years, Jill has had proven success in her alumni and community relations efforts at Northern. I look forward to continue working with her in the new development role in the NOC Foundation.”

She was hired by Northern Oklahoma College in 2014 to her current role as Director of Alumni and Community Relations. During her tenure as Director of Alumni and Community Relations, Jill oversaw the NOC Alumni and Friends Association, maintained institutional archives and the A.D. Buck History and Welcome Center, planned and executed Alumni and Friends activities including the annual reunion and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Green served as the Institutional Chair for the Employee Social, Cultural & Community Relations Committee and Chair of the Distinguished Alumni Committee and was a member of the NOC Foundation Board of Trustees.
Originally, from Lamont, Oklahoma, Jill received her Associates of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Oklahoma College, her Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Early Childhood Education from Arkansas Tech University. She completed her Master of Education degree in Adult Education Management and Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Jill is currently taking coursework to complete her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University.
While not working and studying, she enjoys spending time with her husband David, who is retired from the U.S. Army and children; Madison, 22, who will begin working on her Master of Counseling Psychology degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University this fall and Braden, 17, a senior at Pond Creek-Hunter High School.
