CEC Hosting Photography Exhibit

The NOC Cultural Engagement Center is hosting an artist reception for photographer Lester Harragarra Wednesday, March 28.

The reception is set for 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. There will be continental breakfast and coffee.

Harragarra’s exhibit is titled, “Kiowa Black Leggings: Through the Lens of Lester Harragarra.”

The exhibit features Harragarra’s vibrant photographs of the Black Leggings Warrior Society honoring Kiowa tribal members who served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

The event is hosted by Native American-Serving Non Tribal Institution (NASNTI).

The CEC is located in the Vineyard Library-Administration Building on the NOC campus.
